A regenerative culture ecosystem of eight pillars — creative, community, cultivation, hospitality and craft.
Eight ventures. One floor in Los Angeles. A parent built so that nothing launches until it can be paid for, staffed, and answered for.
Most ventures announce first and resource afterwards. This one cannot: fifteen questions must be answered in writing before anything moves out of development, and every venture on this page states the stage it is actually in. The discipline is the asset.
THE GARDEN
CULTIVATING ABUNDANCE
Four stages, binding on every initiative. No stage is skipped, and none is described as further along than it is.
Each member carries its own entity, owner, gate and accounting. A pillar becomes an operating unit when its Resource Gate is complete. Announcement confers nothing.

The first proof within THE GARDEN's own rollout: one place, one story, two tracks that share nothing else. The plates are drawn intent, published with their status.
The move is not an expansion of cost. It is the same operation on a larger floor at a lower rent, and the model that follows is published with its status: planning figures, not results.
| Line | Monthly | Basis | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Member suitesEight at full occupancy | $10,200 | Eight curated suites at about $1,275, roughly 15% below Studio City comparables. | Planning model |
| RooftopProgramming and events | $2,000 | Rooftop patio programming, including BLOOM community and educational events. | Planning model |
| HospitalityCulture line, not a profit centre | $800 | Nets roughly $100 a month over programme cost. The model does not rely on it. | Planning model |
| Fully-loaded baseRent and operations | $9,150 | The floor's total monthly carry against which the lines above are measured. | Planning model |
Every figure is published with its status: as what it is, not as what it hopes. Nothing here is secured or available capital.
| Programme | Planning range | Composition | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Option ALiving Ecosystem Campus | $435,807 – $451,307 | Aquatic A1 in-wall $435,807–$447,807; Aquatic A2 distributed $437,807–$451,307. A2 is the approved alternate shown in Plate III. | Planning estimate Vendor quote required |
| Option BHabitat-Free Lean Launch | $227,726 – $233,726 | The same fifth-floor programme without living-habitat treatments. Studio 1A launch allocation $46,504. | Planning estimate Vendor quote required |
Campus studios are held by approved entities, not rented by the hour. Occupancy grows with demand, never ahead of it.
The tracks share a campus and a story. Not budgets, records, audiences or funnels. The separation is a legal requirement, and this site honours it: two routes, two records, no shared form.

This page is the public face of the record, not the record. The campus programme books, the governance package and its twenty-two locked laws, entity filings and pillar registers are furnished on request through the appropriate track below.
Each track keeps its own route because each keeps its own records. There is no shared form: a shared funnel would merge what the law keeps apart.
